This is a one or two days workshop. The Venice Carnival is famous all over the world, and we believe it deserves its reputation. What we are offering is a great photographic experiences, something you would not be able to see or experience on your own. This tour is all about photography and we do not spend our time sitting inside each day and critiquing photos. Although we will do some critiquing, the written critique we furnish upon your return is a much more detailed learning tool.
We don't let you simply roam the streets, hoping to bump into people in costume. What we offer is quite different from the average photo tour we will do a full immersion in the Venetian Carnival. We do not have dedicated models who pose for us on private shoots because we want YOU to catch the real atmosphere and MAGIC of Venice during Carnival.

Your 2 Teachers will be Marco Secchi and Guillem Lopez

Course Contents

We will be surrounded by hundreds of other serious photographer who want to get same shot you are trying to get! You have to embrace the situation and get the shot.

We will talk of course about Focus, Lights, Aperture, Speed, Composition, jpg or raw and anything else you would like us to talk

Nothing is written on stones so we will be able to discuss best time to start and finish as well where to go and will be possible to organise a tour to Burano or Murano as well as visits one of the Artisan preparing masks and costumes.

On the second day we will do in the late afternoon a review of the images taken with critics and explanations.
